April 24th Presentation
We’re pleased to invite you to our next national presentation on April 24, 2026 at 7pm ET: The presentation will be “Fred Noonan, Amelia Earhart’s Navigator.”
There are hundreds of books written about Amelia Earhart, but Fred Noonan’s side of the story has yet to be fully told. Over the years, many have unfairly blamed Fred Noonan as an alcoholic and the reason Amelia Earhart
and her aircraft were unable to locate Howland Island.
Join us to learn about the real Fred Noonan, along with the state-of-the-art in 1937 aerial navigation and high- frequency radio direction finding.
The presentation will be given by Brian Harrison, KN4R.
This program will serve as a follow-up to Brian’s “Amelia Earhart” QCWA presentation from October 2025.
