Recordings are posted there for your convenience.
QCWA — On the Road: Huntsville & Dayton
We’ll also be representing QCWA at two major hamfests this year. Please stop by if you’re attending — and if you’re available to help staff the booth for a few hours, email ai1u@qcwa.org so we can add you to our booth team list. We welcome all the help we can gather — no experience needed. A representative from QCWA HQ or I will be on-site to support volunteers.

The Importance of Voting
Please remember the importance of voting — both in QCWA elections and in civic elections that affect amateur radio advocacy and public policy. Your vote helps determine our leadership, our priorities, and how QCWA represents the interests of long-licensed amateurs. Watch for electronic ballot information, keep your contact information current, and make your voice heard. Encouraging fellow members to participate is one of the best ways to strengthen QCWA’s future.
Volunteer Opportunities & Stay Connected
If you’d like to get more involved:
QCWA VE Team: We are forming a Volunteer Examiner team to help with testing and upgrades. To join the list, email ve@qcwa.org. We’ll follow up with next steps for interested members.
Presenters Welcome: If you or someone you know would like to present for a national program, please contact me at ai1u@qcwa.org — we’d be glad to help arrange it.

Interested in Volunteering
Join the QCWA Volunteer Examiner (VE) Team
We are forming a QCWA Volunteer Examiner team to help with license testing, upgrades, and to represent QCWA in the licensing pipeline. If you are interested in joining the VE team, please email ve@qcwa.org to add your name to our list. We are gathering contacts now and will send follow-up information and next steps to everyone who replies. This is an excellent opportunity to give back to our community and to help others upgrade or become amateur-radio operators.
Stay Connected — Groups.io & YouTube
Please join our Groups.io channel to receive the latest bulletins and activities — we’ll be sharing updates more frequently through this medium: https://groups.io/g/qcwa. And again, if you missed any of our national Zoom presentations, they’re available 24/7 on our YouTube channel.

Thank you again to everyone who visited our booth, helped at HamCation, presented, and volunteered. QCWA is stronger because of the time and talents you share. I look forward to seeing many of you on March 20th — and on the road in Huntsville and Dayton this year.
